Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions form the basis of the contract between AL-MARSUS INTERNATIONAL (Hajj License No. 0665) and the customer.

1. Booking Confirmation

A designated advance payment is required to confirm bookings. Bookings are not final until seats are officially secured.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure will receive a 70% refund of the advance deposit. Please contact us for specific package cancellation details.

3. Passport & Visa Requirements

The traveler's passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. AL-MARSUS is not responsible for visa rejections by destination authorities.
